Who are you?:
My name is Alay and I'm a 23 year old artist from Germany! (´｡• ᵕ •｡`)
When did you start drawing?:
I started drawing back in 2016 (so around 10 years ago) and I am still trying my best to improve with every artwork! ♡
How did you learn how to draw?:
Mainly by watching Youtube videos, staring at art and observing it. The rest developed over the years with a lot of practice and drawing things out of my comfort zone!
What do you use to draw?:
I currently use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite and Infinite Painter for my digital artworks.
Do you have other hobbies besides of art?:
Yes! Besides of drawing I also really enjoy gaming, streaming, bullet journaling and regular journaling, cooking/baking, reading, watching anime, listening to music, drinking tea and taking care of my plants. 𓍢ִ໋🌷͙֒

Terms of service
Please read carefully before requesting a commission!
1. Basics
Full payment before I start drawing.
I only accept payment via PayPal and Ko-fi.
I am comfortable with refunds when I take too long and didn't start yet.
If I am unable to complete your commission for some reason, I will refund the commission in full.
You must specify the type of commission and fill out my commission form.
You will receive a .PNG file of the commission, not a print.
References: I can work off of descriptions and random images put together, but this will cost extra depending on how much I have to put together myself! Otherwise references (of the character, pose, lighting) would be very appreciated!

2. Side notes
You can always ask me for updates on the commission!
I am a college student with a lot of obligations so please expect me to take 2 weeks - 3 months for a commission (depending on how complex it is). Please do not rush me and be understanding, thank you so much!
When I show you the sketch, changes can be made / added to the drawing. Once you give me the OK for the sketch, I will start with the lineart. I won't do changes when the drawing is fully rendered (minor changes might be an exception).
If you wish to use my work commercially, I will add a fee of + 30% of the base price of the commission.
3. Permissions and copyright info
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms & Conditions.
As the artist, I have ownership of copyright to all my artwork and designs.
As the commissioner, you have ownership of commissioned artwork and designs but not the copyright to them.
You are not allowed to use the commission in any Al generators or in any blockchain-related technology such as NFT's or otherwise.
The commissioner is never permitted to edit / modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit or use the artwork for advertising.
The commission may be uploaded to my social media with credits to you as the commissioner.
You may request to keep the commission private or uploaded at a later date.
You may upload the commission to any of your social media platforms with proper credit to me as the artist.
4. How to order
Please fill out the form below to order a commission and message me via Instagram, X or E-mail!
Once you’ve reached out, payment can be made through my Ko-fi page, and after that I’ll begin working on your commission!
T.O.S is subject to change in the future without prior notice. Those who break T.O.S or prove to be problematic will be blacklisted from future commissions.
By commissioning me you agree to follow the above listed T.O.S.
